What we collect
- From public records: permit, plan-review and appraisal-district records (addresses, case numbers, owner names and mailing addresses, contractor names on permits).
- From contractors who use the site: the email address we sent your link to; pages viewed, prices changed and logos uploaded; IP address and browser; and, if you sign for a job, your company details, name, email, signature and the signed agreement.
How we use it
- To offer jobs, show and save your bid, and release a lead you sign for.
- To keep signed records and verify outcomes. We match public permit records against your company names and license numbers.
- To invoice the 1% fee if you're hired for a job, and to prevent misuse.
We do not sell personal information, text anyone without consent, or buy skip-traced or enriched contact data.
Every email we send has an unsubscribe link, and we honor opt-outs promptly.
Retention
We keep signed agreements and related records for at least 6 years after the last fee window ends or the last payment, whichever is later. Other activity logs are kept while useful for the purposes above.
