How it works
- We text or email you a link. It holds a few open jobs near your recent work: a total, a site sketch, the ZIP code and every line item.
- Put your numbers on it. Change any line and the total re-figures. The bid the owner sees carries your company name, not ours.
- Approve and sign. Initial and sign a short agreement online, and you get the address, the owner from public records and the City case link right away. From there it's between you and the owner.
What it costs
- 1% of your contract price, only if you're hired for that job.
- Your first job is free.
- Looking and changing prices cost nothing. No account, no subscription, no per-lead charge.
- The fee covers contracts for that job signed within 12 months.

Questions
Where do the jobs come from?
Public permit and plan-review records from the City of Austin and the Travis Central Appraisal District. We look for jobs where no contractor has been named yet.
Are the numbers right?
They're a starting estimate from the plans and published cost data, made without a site visit. You check everything and set your own price. The bid you give the owner is yours.
Is the job exclusive?
No. The owner decides who to hire. We pick contractors carefully: you're already working near the job, and you haven't worked with this owner or designer before.
Do you talk to the owner?
No. We never contact owners about you or your price. Your deal with the owner is between you and the owner.
